RETURN & REFUND POLICY: AGROPODS INDIA

Thank you for shopping at AgroPods India (a brand under MS Enterprises). We want to ensure you have the best experience while greening your space. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To maintain quality and safety standards, certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishables: Seeds, live plants (if applicable), and organic fertilizers/soil.

Customized Products: Any pots or kits personalized specifically for you.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale or using a "Final Sale" discount code are non-refundable.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (FRAGILE ITEMS)
We take great care in packaging our pods and pots. However, if you receive a damaged or broken item:

Inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Mandatory Requirement: Please record an unboxing video or take clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping label.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [Insert Email] with your order number and the visual proof. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund immediately for damaged goods.
4. RETURN PROCESS

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. SHIPPING COSTS

Defective/Damaged Items: AgroPods India will cover the return shipping costs if the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., you no longer want the color or size), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
