SHIPPING POLICY: AGROPODS INDIA

At AgroPods India (a brand under MS Enterprises), we strive to deliver your gardening and agricultural products in the quickest and safest way possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during peak planting seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

  • If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For Example:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days[e.g., ₹99 or FREE over ₹999]
Express Shipping: 2-4 Business Days[e.g., ₹199]
Local (Coimbatore):1-2 Business Days[e.g., ₹49]

 

We also offer In-store pickups, you can contact us directly for such delivery methods.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or remote location accessibility.


3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. FRAGILE ITEM HANDLING (PODS & POTS)
Since many of our products (terracotta, ceramic, or reinforced plastic pods) are fragile, we use multi-layer industrial-grade packaging to ensure safety.

  • We partner with reputed courier services experienced in handling delicate items.

  • If your package appears heavily damaged upon arrival, please follow the instructions in our Return Policy regarding unboxing videos.

5. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

  • Domestic Only: Currently, AgroPods India ships to addresses within India only.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a full physical address for successful delivery.

6. CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.


7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
AgroPods India is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
